Women > Female Reproduction

Female reproductive systemThe female reproductive system

The womb is the cradle of life and we enter into the world via the vagina, not surprisingly, the women and especially the vagina have been worshipped as life giving at different times in history.

The role of woman as the divine mother and giver of life.

Just think for a moment, we all come from our mothers since time immemorial and to have given birth to us, perhaps God was a woman? But what ever our distant origin, we all owe gratitude to our mothers for the gift of life.

Here we are discussing the human female reproductive system, its strengths and weaknesses, and how to keep your reproductive system in good health.

Reproductive systemReproductive health is maintained by keeping the whole body healthy, this means having a good diet and adequate exercise including 'kegal exercises'.  Kegals are simply where you squeeze the pelvic floor muscles like you're trying to stop peeing.  These are the anal and vaginal sphincter muscles, and with practise you can control both sets individually.

You need to know and understand this part of your body, its not enough to pee, quickly wash and ignore it.  Its helpful to spend meaningful time studying this part of your anatomy to ensure it remains healthy.

Every few months, take a mirror and check your self out, touch and massage around and inside the vagina to ensure all parts feel well similarly to caring for your breasts. (Breast Exam)

Masturbation is a contentious issue, however by doing this, you will understand you body on a deeper level. This will help you know when sex feels right and it's great to release stress.

vaginaChildren conceived within ardent and mutual love are usually born the strongest and healthiest, spiritually and physically, because love attracts the strongest and noblest souls.

If you are reading this page, you are old enough to hopefully appreciate the basics of how your reproductive system works and this is summarized in the video below.
