Every woman has a different attitude towards her breasts and experiences them differently depending on their social, religious and political views. At the physical level, the initial growth can be annoying or even uncomfortable, and then a girl's mind must develop in order to assimilate this new bodily feature into her personality. For the sporty girl, breasts maybe annoying while for the socialite, they won't get big enough fast enough. The actual size and shape of the breasts is determined by genetic inheritance and lifestyle choices, including diet and nutrition. But whatever one may think about one's breasts, they need the same duty of care as any other body part.

Breasts come in all shapes and sizes, and here there is no right or wrong as the sole purpose of the breast is to function as a lactation device for one's children. The attitude towards breasts around the world varies greatly, in most countries the breast of little significance beyond the ability to nurture children, but in about 13 countries where there is a strong influence of Church and State politics, the breasts have been classified as sexual organs and helps to engender a bad attitude toward the body. It is only due to politics and religion that women have had to cover their breasts in recent history. In some extremist societies even breastfeeding is banned in public and the human body is seen as something perverse or even criminal.

In most societies, breasts are seen a symbols of femininity and in the so called primitive cultures of the Amazon, parts of Africa and Asia where the people still live in a semi naked state, the breasts have no significance other than providing sustenance for children, but in some western cultures they have unfortunately become sexualized or seen as sexual appendages instead of anatomical resources for sustaining of new life as nature intended.

Most people appreciate the female breast and a developed bust signifies that a woman will be more successful in raising children in the same way that good hips indicate a good propensity for easy childbirth. One of the facts that many women find it hard to deal with is that not only men, but woman will look at woman's breasts as well and one stereotypical reaction is that anyone looking at your breasts as some kind of Pervert. But this is probably further from the truth than you can imagine. Everyone simply loves the shape woman's body and it provides a reassurance to the existence and continuity of life. Men of course when looking for a mate take into consideration that a woman's breasts need to be functional in order to provide for children as an extension of the body being able to produce children. The fact that people look can be annoying for many girls and even grown woman, but this is simply a mental distortion. In the few places left in the world were woman still live bare breasted, no one takes any notice of their breasts as there are far more important matters in life than staring at art all day long.

In most developed countries the female breasts have taken on layers of cultural significance causing a great deal of anxiety for the millions of women who do not have what many consider the perfect bust. However, in what I usually poor countries where the woman can still go topless, and there are no issues about public nudity, the western woman who go there to carry out 'missionary work' also begin the process of indoctrination into the local culture that the body is somehow bad and must be covered up. The local people put up with this because while they are being derided as evil savages with one hand they are usually being given food and resources with the other.

Health

With breast health in mind, in the West as many as one in six women will be diagnosed with breast cancer which is a leading cause of death. Like all aspects of health, breast health is supported by having proper knowledge and understanding which supports a healthy attitude towards one's body and life. Armed with knowledge, avoiding toxins along with maintaining a good diet and exercising is easier.

The chemicals in our foods are one of the greatest threats to not only breast health, but the entire body.  An natural organic diet with a wide variety of locally grown foods is seen as ideal,  and as most women's breasts are encased in a brassier for long periods of time, let them out, shake them about and give them a good massage everyday as there is a growing body of evidence that bra wearing significantly contributes to breast cancers.

Many women think that a brassier is a solution in maintaining breast health and preventing sagging, but unfortunately this is simply a myth. There is no evidence that wearing a bra will help the health of your breasts and in fact a bra is more likely to cause you harm.

The perfect bust

In all truth, there is no such thing although there have been many surveys and the majority of women accept their bodies. But men in their search for the perfect mate or social position are highly judgemental to the extent that they will take more notice of a woman with a better displayed bust that is in proportion to her body than actual larger breasts.

Because of this a huge breast enhancement industry has evolved to give some women an edge in this competitive world. Women often use their bodies to gain advantage over other women in romance and business and it is here that a nice bust, a good cleavage along with intelligence and charm can make it easier to develop relationships and employment.

Even women without much intelligence, a nice bust/body and flirtatiousness can open doors to a more successful life. To adjust your bust for business, all you need is a push up bra and few will be any the wiser, its only if your planning on getting your mark to the bedroom that you may want to consider enhancement. Just think, the bigger your breasts, the more difficult it will be to run and participate in many physical activities. The bigger your bust the more you will be noticed by men - well they are more likely to just stare and drool..
